JULY 2013 PRAYER AND FASTING
WEEK TWO
REMINDER
ON APPROVED FASTING
Brethren,
before we go into the prayer points for the week, it is necessary for us to
once again remind ourselves of the kind of fasting that is approved by God.
According to
Zech 7: 1-10, Isa 58: 1-7, we must
do the following while fasting:
- · Administer true justice (be fair) to everyone
- · Show Mercy to everyone (especially those that obviously need it)
- · Be compassionate and Kind to everyone
- · Do not oppress anyone (especially widows, orphans and strangers, that is those who seem to have no helper or defender)
- · Liberate the Oppressed and the burdened (as much as is within your power)
- · Fight for those that are suffering injustice and being cheated
- · Not do evil to anyone
- · Deny yourself of pleasures (such as food, sex, hobbies)
- · Share your food to the hungry (give out your lunch or money for lunch)
- · Provide Shelter to the homeless (you can contribute to the THC welfare account)
- · Clothe the naked (give out your old clothes to those who need them)
- · Help all those that need it especially members of your families (natural and spiritual)
- · Spend Quality time alone with God in Thanksgiving, Worship, The Word, Prayer (Supplication and Intercession), and Hearing from God
- · Have the right attitude (be thankful and joyous not frowning)
When we do
the above we will reap the full benefits of fasting and the results will be
obvious to all to the Glory of God. The Lord
shall hear our prayers and exceed our every expectation. Amen.
PRAYER FOCUS: LORD
BEAUTIFY ME
Text: Psalm 90:17,
Isa 58:8, Isa 61:1-3
INTRODUCTION:
Beauty is the
combination of all the qualities in a person or thing that delights the senses
and give intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising
from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound and so on), a meaningful
design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual
qualities are manifest).
In
short, Beauty is anything that makes us pleasing or desirable to others (such
as Favour, Health, Good Character, Physical and Spiritual attributes,
Prosperity, and so on).
Synonyms: Loveliness, comeliness, fairness, attractiveness.
Antonyms: Ugliness.
PRAYER POINTS
1.
Thank God for our year of all Round Beauty and Establishment
and our month of Supernatural Replacement. Psalm 90:17, Isa 61:3.
2.
Thank and appreciate the God of all beauty who is
full of grace and mercy, who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous
light. 1Pet 2:9.
3.
Give unto HIM glory due to HIS name, worship HIM
in the beauty of HIS holiness. 1Chr16:29
4.
Come against everything that may be contrary to
the beauty of God over your life, family, career, business, relationships, and
finances. Reject anything that has already brought or may want to bring shame
in any area of your life.Be Specific, name them and cast them out of your life,
family, career, business, relationships, and finances. Mat18:18
5.
Ask The Lord to cleanse you from every work of the
flesh (all of which are Ugly to HIM and deflect the Glory of God). Pay more
attention to ones that you are still struggling with (you know yourself). Gen
1:26, Gal 5:19-21.
6.
Ask The Lord to make you a reflection of who HE
is. Ask HIM to clothe you with HIS Character (Image and Likeness) which is the
Fruit of the Spirit. Pay more attention to ones that you are still
having challenges manifesting (you know yourself). Gen 1:26, Gen 5:22,23.
7.
Ask The Lord to have mercy on you and tear off
every filthy garment of sin on you (which are hindering you from HIS Blessing
and entering HIS promised land for you) and replace them with HIS Garment of
Righteousness. Zech 3:1-4
8.
Ask The Lord to clothe and soak you with/in HIS beauty.
Ask for HIS Beauty to radiate inmy life and be obvious in all you do. Ps 90:17.
9.
Declare that the beauty of God will be upon all
our waiting mothers and single sisters even from this month of Supernatural
Replacement. Pray that the Lord will beautify their lives with signs and
wonders, and they will all be clothed with the garment of praise for every
spirit of heaviness. Indeed they shall testify of the Goodness of The Lord this
year 2013. Isa 61:3
10.
Declare that the beauty of God will be upon all
our brethren waiting on him for a source of income (job or business) in this
month of Supernatural Replacement. Pray that the Lord will beautify their lives
with signs and wonders, and they will all be clothed with the garment of praise
for every spirit of heaviness. Indeed they shall testify of the Goodness of The
Lord this month. Isa 61:3
11.
Prophesy that The Truth House Church will continue
to experience the beauty of God upon all ourlives, services, programmesand the
ministry as a whole throughout this year in Jesus name. Ps 90:17
12.
Declare that The Truth House Church shall indeed
become the Beauty of perfection. Ps 50:2.
13.
Declare that in this season of Supernatural
Replacement you shall experience both the former and later rain of the Almighty
and these rains shall usher you into a season of abundance and prosperity which
will replace every season of lack and drought. Joel 2:23-24.
14.
Declare that in this season of Supernatural
Replacement you shall experience Supernatural Restoration of all that that you
have lost in years past. Specifically list the things that you have lost (such
as jobs, money, business opportunities, marriage, children and so on) and
declare your restoration stating what you are getting in return---double for every loss. Joel 2:25, Isa
61:7.
15.
Declare that The Glory of the Almighty and HIS
Beauty will descend upon every area of your life where you may be currently
experiencing shame and difficulties. Be specific, list the areas and degree
that the Beauty of God replaces every shame. Joel 2:26-27.
16.
Ask The Lord to bathe you in HIS sweet perfume of
Divine Favour. Esther 2:12.
17.
Pray that God will make you a focus of attention
and point of attraction to the high and the mighty, and that the beauty of the
Lord in your life will be irresistible such that you will find uncommon Favour
before everyone.Esther 2:15-17.
18.
Ask The Lord to help you make you ways to please
HIM always so that you will find uncommon favour even before your enemies.
Proverbs 16:7.
19.
O Lord, in
your mercy, cause my light to spring forth,
cause my Glory to rise like the Sun of a new day (and banish every form
of darkness in my life) and for there to be significant turn-around in every
area of my life. Isa 58:8.
20.
O Lord, in
your mercy, grant me healing and wholeness in every area of my life and
throughout the Truth House Church. Isa 58:8.
21.
O Lord, in
your mercy, cause YOUR Righteousness (and Beauty/Favour) to go before me and
make ways for me even where there is no way. Isa 58:8.
22.
O Lord, in
your mercy, grant me speedy answers to all my prayers. Isa 58:9.
23.
Thank The Lord for answered prayers.
DAILY CONFESSION/DECLARATION:Isa 61:3-11
I (your full name), this day
July _____ 2013 in my month of Supernatural Replacement in my year of All Round
Beauty and Establishment confess and declare according to the Word of the Lord
in Isa 61, that I receive beauty
for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness, (state all other replacements that you desire).
Indeed I will be called the tree of righteousness, the planting of the
LORD and HE will be glorified in my life.
I will build the old wastes, raise up the former desolations and
repair the waste cities, the desolation of many generations. Strangers shall
stand and feed my flocks, and the sons of the aliens shall be my plowmen and my vine-dressers. I shall be named the
Priest of the LORD: men shall
call me the Minister of our God. I shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in
their glory shall I boast yourselves.
For my shame I have
double; and for every confusion
I shall have clarity and rejoice. Therefore in my land I possess the double and
everlasting joy is my portion.For my LORD loves judgment and hates robbery for
burnt offering. Yes My God will direct my work in truth and make an everlasting
covenant with me. My seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and my offspring
among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God;
for HE hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, HE hath covered me with
the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. For as the earth brings forth her bud, and as
the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord
GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth in The Truth House
Church and we shall bring HIM Glory before all the nations.
